Alcoa Jumps Another 3%

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Shares in Alcoa, Inc. (AA), the world's largest aluminum producer, rose 3% to $34. 40 Thursday as base metals rallied in London. Official prices for aluminum delivered in three weeks rose to $2,765 a metric ton on the London Metal Exchange, up 1. 3% from $2,730 on Wednesday. Other metals, including nickel and copper, rallied on Chinese demand data.
