Buying With Both Hands On Delphi - Accumulate Now
David Tepper owns 52,000,000 shares of Delphi - DPHIQ or 9% of the stock and is sure to be seeking a seat on the board to turn the company back to a $4 - $6 stock in the near term.

When Delphi reaches their agreement with the UAW and GM to help with their mountaing losses and they emerge from bankruptcy a cleaner debt free company profits will soar and so will the stock.

GM Says Delphi Deal May Come Soon
In the meantime the sophistocated traders are hitting the bids in attempts to bring in more cheap shares before running the stock back up to new highs. This is called a "wash out" and hope it's only temporary. This is how the game is played. Delphi is probably a $4 - $6 stock longer term now that new contracts and debts are being erased and re-negotiated.
