Jamba Juice Holds as Shares Are Accumulated - Symbol SVI
Click Here For The Jamba Juice Acquisition News!
It looks like SVI the acquirer of privately held Jamba Juice held steady most of today. It feels like the shares were being quietly accumulated throughout the day in an effort as to not drive the shares higher. There was probably some profit taking today from those who were in at the $7.50 - $8.00 level?? That's good for those who want in! The announcement was just made this Monday of the merger. No IPO was done to save millions of dollars on investment banking fees from firms like Goldman Sachs, Lehman, JP Morgan and others, a smart move!
We are now waiting for the Institutional Fund Managers to step in and take a BIG position and take the stock to the $15.00 level, then a continued pace to $20.00+ as more and more news is released and the shares are placed in tight hands.
The stock was $7.50 on Friday afternoon then ran up +21.7%, then faded -9%, followed by a run up of +34%, and a drop of -10%. Now that the drop has occurred, we would now forsee a run up to the next level of around $13.00 or so.

Another HOT One trading - Jamba Juice
When the masses find out this stock will probably be a double from here!
Stock Symbol - SVI
They have warrants too that expire 6/28/09 and are exerciseable at $6.00.

SVI Warrants Chart
Steven Berrard, the former chief executive of Blockbuster Inc. and co-founder of AutoNation Inc., on Monday announced his latest business venture -- leading a group that is buying the fast-growing smoothie chain Jamba Juice Co.
Services Acquisition Corp. said it is paying $265 million for the privately-held Jamba Juice, which is based in San Francisco. The chain -- which opened its first location in 1990 -- reported $345 million of sales last year at its 532 locations nationwide.
The plan I understand pre-IPO was for Jamba Juice to open 80 - 100 stores in 2006. Not that SVI is involved I suspect that they will follow suit as Starbucks did and open 1 new store every day, as well as sell in Hotels, Hospitals, Universities, etc...

Institutional Buying?? VPRT, NYX, ARII Today
Looks like there is institutional buying on VistaPrint, American Railcar, and NYSE Group today.
They are Top Movers for the day.
Expect VPRT to approach the $35.00 - $37 level soon. VPRT was up $2.00 early today on as little as 25,000 shares. There is a lot of interest building with VPRT.

VistaPrint - VPRT Update
Getting a feel for what is going on with VPRT - I understand that the company is currently involved in a number of marketing and road show meetings where they are talking to their institutional clients about the strong growth that continues with VistaPrint. This company has quarterly revenue growth of 75%, with average daily volume of 151,000 shares. Despite the recent pullback, the fundamentals are still there. Also, you can be assured that they probably have had a strong January - March so far due to many of their 6,000,000 client companies who have renewed their spending budgets allowing them to do more printing since the beginning of the year. My guess is that when April comes, they will have another record quarter!
The bottom must be near on this company for those looking to acquire the shares or add to their positions.

ARII bounces from $29.50 to $33 Since Yesterday - Expect the Same from VPRT any day!
ARII expected target $40 - $50!
VPRT expected target $40, then $50 and beyond over time!
VPRT will be squeezing the 290,000 share short position soon. The last time there was a short position of 120,000 shares the stock squeezed the shorts from around $33.00 to over $37.00 within a few days of the short raid on the stock!
Get ready for a replay on VPRT! This company grows at 75% per quarter with a history of 23 consequtive qtrs in a row.
Be careful of the "wash out" by traders who are scaring out investors who sell to them before a BIG run up as we have seen many times over.
Scooping up shares now.

VPRT Is Bouncing Back - ARII Sells Off - No Reason
VistaPrint - VPRT is coming back up from a recent drop and today American Railcar - ARII looks like several stop orders were triggered this morning at the opening as sellers and shorts hit the stock taking it down even more from yesterday. The Rail stocks are very hot and the demand for new rail cars should last for the next few years. Backlogs are still there too for new rail cars, so all Big drops are buying opportunities in my opinion.
Remember to Buy the Dips and Sell when the stocks surge and get over extended, and you won't get hurt in any stock that you are holding.
Thomas Weisel - TWPG should bounce in here too very soon. Compared to GS, LAZ and GHL, TWPG looks very cheap in here at these levels.

VistaPrint - VPRT and Thomas Weisel - TWPG
Accumulate on the dips here and when the stocks surge (and they will) on continued record revenues and earnings peel some off and wait for more buying opportunities like we have seen recently in ARII, ACI and others. The trends are still up on these stocks.
VPRT should see $40 - $50.
TWPG should hit $30 - $40.

VPRT - A Ground Floor Opportunity That Could Equate to a 10 - 50 Bagger Over Time For Those Who Are Patient
VistaPrint - VPRT - reminds me of one of my best stock picks years ago, IGT - International Game Technology. IGT is company that had 80% marketshare in the world in the slot machine market. They are still a dominant leader and the stock is up 50X over the last 15 years. Pull the LT chart on IGT and see for yourself.

VPRT can do the same.

Rail Stocks Continue To Be Hot
Rail stocks continue to break into new high territory almost every week.
Rail stocks as a whole are up over 30% year to date and there seems to be no end in sight.
ARII - Looks good on any big sell off.
GBX - Up as much as 16% today on analyst upgrades.
TRN - Up 4% today.
BNI and RAIL are also still doing well.

Make Coal Part Of Your Portfolio
With all of the increased numerous discussions about coal-to-gas and bio-diesel it makes good sense to make coal part of a long term investment portfolio.
For traders, Buy the dips and Sell the extreme surges that enter into over bought territory.
